Pet-Friendly Hotel
The Casablanca Inn is by far one of the most accommodating pet-friendly hotels in San Clemente. Our hotel offers designated pet-friendly room types that are comfortable for guests and their furry friends. Our pet fee is $40.00 per night or $200.00 maximum per stay. As a reminder, emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the State ADA laws. If you do arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, your room type can be changed to accommodate your pet. Please note our pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability. We do not allow cats.
Hotel Policies
Guests can check-in after 4:00 p.m. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability). Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
This property considers guests aged 13 and under, at the time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise our Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.
Payment Policies and Deposit Information
When guests book with us a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. You may pay by credit card, cash, or traveler's cheques.
When reserving a room, a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Our hotel cancellation policy is 3 p.m.(PST) the day before arrival. We ask that our guests please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
